Anyway, the answer is that you can have up to €43,812 at the standard rate, leaving her with 23,800 (9k is the most that can be transferred between spouses).
As regards tax credits (assuming she doesn't want to pay tax on her 11k) she needs to have 2,200 of tax credits to cover her 11k of income, and you can take whatever is left: in a "normal" case of a married couple both in ordinary PAYE employment this would be 4,400 (possibly more if there are any other credits, such as rent, service charges, incapacitated child etc...)
