How much money should I be on/web/graphic design

Just wonderding want kind of money I should be on, I'am web/graphic designer with nearly 4 years behind me.

Any help would be great thanks

Depends what kinf of place you work for, is it a small design studio or are you inhouse for a multinational. What kind of web design as well - do you do programming or just the design? Flash skills?
 
Work as an inhouse designer / working in front end designing look and feel and user interfaces. I also work on print as well, work in flash for demos etc. Dont do programming they have other people how do this end of it. Know a bit of CSS and learning more on this. Would you be paid less if you worked for a small design studio?

The best way of getting reliable information on this area is to make a few calls to recruitment agencies that specialise in this area. They'll know the current market rates for your level of experience.
 
Thanks for that web address, got info there under media, but there last Media Salary Survey was back in 2004, but still gives me an idea of where I should be. I dont know how much this has chagned from that date.
