Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost???
I currently have a leaky flat roof on an existing extention, I want it ripped off and a new pitched roof put on with 2 velux windows. I just want a slight pitch, nothing to high, cos i dont want to apply for planning permission. It's about 170 sq feet. Anyone had this done? Thanks.
