Really depends on the quality you want to go for, you could spend 5k on kitchen, or spend that much just on the worktops! I'm assuming non Dublin prices here.
Around 5k each per bathroom, using basic tiles and sanitary ware.
10k would do a lot on a kitchen, more if you want new appliances. Budget a bit more if you've a lot of wall tiles - I completely underestimated the labour costs of tiling.
Electrics c.2k, but more if it needs to be recertified.
Garden - how big is it? Just to level & reseed grass could be a 1 - 2k assuming easy access for machinery, and way more for any landscaping.
Add another 2k for painting interior.
Flooring - get rough measurements and call to a flooring shop that does fitting to get an idea. There's s huge variance in material costs.
