The salaries vary as much as the prospective employers do. The multinationals pay better than the smaller companies. Towards answering your question my best guess is;
Starting salaries are typically in the range 20-25K.
After 10 years the salaries can reach 35K in the better companies.
Some companies give a shift allowance, which could be in the region of 20 - 30% of basic pay.
Some people can earn much more than this if they get promoted and make progess towards senior management levels, so it is difficult to say exactly how much they earn. But when they get to this level they are no longer analysts but managers.
