We are currently thinking of upgrading. How much do you think we would qualify for? Details are as follows;

Current house value approx €500k
Current mortgage o/standing €240k

My earnings €45k
Husbands €45k

2 small kids - both minded by grandmother approx €800 per month
credit card - €2000

would we get mortgage of €400k

You qualify for €385,000 over 30 years or €400,000 over 35 years (assuming you have no other loan commitments).
