How long to hear back re: equity release

We applied for an mortgage top up late last week and was just looking for a timeframe as to when we can expect initial feedback.

Any ideas?

oh, i can give them a call tomorrow no problem - there's no worry or anything. I just don't want to put them under any pressure as we have a great relationship with the bank and i don't want them to feel like we're pressurising them for an answer.

it was just a general query really.

If you don't hear anything within a week of submitting your application, give them a call. It shouldn't take any longer than this.
