How long to get P45?

this is my first post by the way. so i dont have a clue how long it takes for replies.

well anyway, i just finished my leaving cert and i am now employed in a um shall we say "a very reputable firm" based in the IFSC(not gonna mention any names here) . i am an intern for a month.

i will finish this on the week ending the 28th of july. i will be starting another internship after the weekend, on the 31st of july.
i just want to know that will i be able to get my p45 in time to give to my new employer? because they have asked me for this?

It would be reasonable to expect to get it on the next normal company payday. If that is the day that you leave then you should get it then.
It may be no harm to inform them in advance that you would like to get it on the day you leave.
