How long between signing contracts and closing?

Hi I was just wondering could anyone give me a rough idea of how long it took them between signing contracts, paying 10% and closing. The house I'm buying is un-occupied, even a rough estimate none of the people I'm paying are willing to venture one!!! Thanks in advance

You should agree a closing date between yourself and vendor and auctioneer. As long as the title is in order and the vendor is willing, and your loan offer and any conditions of same are in order, then closing could be very quick- anywhere from two weeks ( unlikely but possible) to six weeks ( entirely possible).
