How is partner defined by the Irish Pension Service? Is it same sex civil partnership or cohabiting hetrosexual couples? Thanks for the info if possible.

OK, I thought you might have meant the Pensions Board which deals with private occupational pension schemes. Since this is essentially a social welfare question I will move it from PRSAs and Pensions to Welfare and State Benefits.

A qualified/dependant adult is "your spouse or someone you are living with as husband and wife"
