Lay semi solid flooring in 3 different rooms and hall total 55 Sq mtr,removing current skirt boards and replace with new after floor laid, tile bathroom floor 3 sq mtr, and lay tiles 3 SQ mtr in hallway, also paint all new skirt boards.

Summary
50 SQ Mtr semi solid floor
6 SQ Mtr tiles
Skirt board to be removed and replaced and painted. where semi solid bee laid

Guy doing it is really good and friend of family, doing job for my sister,
2000 Euro for labour,

The price you have been quoted is not over over priced, depending on your location. I carry out these type of jobs all the time and it is easy to knock a price when you have not seen what has to be done for yourself, but if I was quoting my price would be somewhere between €1500 and €1800 but like I said, I did not see the job I am only working an average price and job with no major problems.
