How does City Bin charge?

I am reviewing my waste charges.

I went on to the website of my current supplier City Bin and there doesn't seem to be an account to log in to see my old invoices.

They do send them by email but I can't find them, so I must have deleted them.

According to their website these are the charges for my street : (They are very hard to find.)

But they are not the charges I am paying though.

I have looked at the last 6 months and have paid either 8.89, 14.89 or 16.89

It looks like a pay by lift charge?

Do they not charge by weight?

Maybe your are on one of their legacy plans.

I am on the 15.90 EUR plan and have never had an excess charges.

I pay for the year up front.
they are very active on Social Media and usually respond on the same day.

I pay an up-front annual charge of €161.80 and then a standard charge of 30 c/kg for the black bin. There is no up-lift charge on our plan, which we find very handy; we don't have to wait until the bin is full to put it out, so it goes out every fortnight, even if there is only very little in it. We renewed our contract in May at these rates. I have no connection with them but would rate them very highly, we have been with them for a couple of years and never had a problem.
