How do I file tax return as non resident landlord?

Hi,

I have bought and rented out a rental property in Ireland since early 2019.

I am living abroad and am a non resident of Ireland.

I registered a family member to act as my collection agent and received a new PPS number for the agent at the end of 2019.


- Just wondering what is the cheapest option for filing a tax return?
- What forms do I need to fill out?
- Should I register for the ROS.ie?
- When filling do I file under my family members personal details and the new PPS number (collection agents) or use my details and the new PPS number?

Register for ros with the collection agent number. You'll complete a Form 11 in the ros website. The password will probably be sent by post to the person you set up as collection agent
