How do I contact a user privately?

Hi I just wondered if you wanted to contact one of the contributors who may have an interest in a similar area to.muself
.is that allowable .
Can you ask the poster some way if it would be ok to contact them ?

It means that you are a new member and do not have the option of starting conversations. But you can reply to others who contact you.

This is to stop spammers sending spam by conversation.

You need 10 posts and membership for 2 days to be able to start a conversation.

Hi there,

I am trying to contact a moderator, but don't see the option for private conversations (because I haven't had 10 posts I presume), but I do need to delete a post (will explain privately) and can't do that without contacting a moderator. Would a moderator please contact me via private message, as soon as you can? Thank you.
 
Every post has a Report button.
If you click on that all the mods will read your post.
I have deleted your post anyway.
