How do i apply for a refund from Ryanair

Hello. I have this problem. I bought two tickets from Ryanair from Riga (Latvia) to London, but now it turned out that i don't need the other ticket and i was wondering if i can get a refund for one of the tickets? And how do i do that?

if you really want to push it you may get €1 of the taxes back , but this will take many letters and phone calls...
