I have a BOI Gold advantage mastercard. Due to silly spending on it at Christmas, for which I know is entirely stupid on my part, the balance is now 1400 euro.
My problem is that when I got the credit card originally (11 years ago), I agreed to pay at least 20% of the balance each month. Up until recently I have cleared it off in full, but due to a change in circumstances money has been very tight month to month. I now face a bill at the beginning of Feb of €297.
I have ceased using this card and I would like to clear it off albeit with a little less of monthly outlay.
I am thinking of transferring the 1400 to another provider that has an interest free option and paying off say €200/month or more when my finances stabilise.
I am hoping someone could offer me a link or tell me which are the best cards currently on offer. I had a look in the best buys but it seems out of date.
