House renovation - ball park figure?

Hi
Does anyone have a ball park figure for the following work on a two bedroom terraced house

Install central heating
Re-wiring
Install new boiler
Install new attic tank
Install new bathroom suite - toilet, shower and sink (no bath) and tiled floor to ceiling (nothing too fancy)

I am just wondering whether it is worth my while buying a particular house that has a lot of work that needs doing

Even a very rough estimate would help at this stage!
