S shirlee Registered User Messages 8 7 Apr 2012 #3 Thanks Dermot Even though my house was stated in 2009 in RAS and Iwas told then and told to look on the NPPR website list of EXEMPTIONS Stated = "houses in the rental accomadation schem on 31 march 2009 and 31 march 2010 and any SUBSEQUENT year is exempt " How has this changed ??

D Dermot Registered User Messages 1,183 7 Apr 2012 #4 That is my understanding of it. I am in the same position. The authorities seem to be able to change the rules continuously. It is very difficult to remain in the rental business and give a good service.
