House in RAS exempt from the NPPR TAX ?

Any help appreciated

I have a house in Rental accomadation scheme I understood this was exempt from the NPPR TAX ?

Is this still the case ?
 
Sorry for the bad news but that exemption has been removed. The house is now liable

Even though my house was stated in 2009 in RAS and Iwas told then and told to look on the NPPR website list of EXEMPTIONS

Stated = "houses in the rental accomadation schem on 31 march 2009 and 31 march 2010 and any SUBSEQUENT year is exempt "

How has this changed ??
 
That is my understanding of it. I am in the same position. The authorities seem to be able to change the rules continuously. It is very difficult to remain in the rental business and give a good service.
