House Extension square ft cost

Hi. I am about to build a 176 square ft. extension on the back of my house. Pitched roof, 3 x 4ft x 4ft windows, patio doors, 4 x Velux Roof windows (2 each side of the roof, semi solid wood floor, 4 x power points, radiator, insulation , plastered and painted. Anyone have an idea on what the cost per square foot is likely to be?

Any help would be much appreciated.

you should get price's in and around €26,000 plus the vat but every price is differant as no two jobs are the same things that may make your extension more expensive is access to the job and also ground works but as a guide price that should not be to far away for straight forward job.
