House Dimensions

I am looking at the plans of a house and the area is "14500 x 9200". Are these cms and how do I convert to feet??

Hi is it a small 2 bed you are buying?
if so the dimensions should read 14.5m x 9.2m. Unless you are buying a hugh house of 145m x 92m!
Multiply x 3.28 gives 47'6" x 30' approx!

I would imagine these are mm of which there are 10 in a cm and 1000 per meter. There are roughly 30cm (300mm) in a foot. So easiest way is probably to convert mm to cm and divide by 30.
14500mm = 1450cm/30 = 48.33 feet approx

or convert to meters = 14.5meters * 3.33 (number of feet in meter) = 48.33
