House Contents Insurance

Hi,

I am a sole tenant in rented accomodation. Am having some trouble finding somewhere that will insure just my contents (maybe a value of about 5,000). Most places won't quote for tenants etc. I am based in West Dublin. Anyone know any company that will do this?

I did quite a bit of research on this and the most competitive one I found was Bank of Ireland. They will only insure a minimum of €23,000 or thereabouts, which I know is ludicrous for rented accomodation given that tenants don't usually even own the furniture etc.

Works out around €140 per annum.
