Resigned from local authority position in April, 94, took superannuation rebate and did not maintain PRSI contributions. Have been at home full time looking after three children while my husband has been the sole earner. Would like to return to the workplace sometime in the future and contribute to a pension. Do the years I have spent at home qualify under the Homemaker's Scheme and should I start signing on for credits? Confused about pension entitlements, if any!
