We are in our house (3 bed end of terrace) for about 4 years now. If anything smelly (usually veg) goes down the kitchen sink we end up with a rotten smell in the hall near the front door. The builder has been out loads of times and says there is nothing wrong with the piping. He will not pay for an inspection by dynorod or another similar company.
Would Homebond do an investigation on this or would I need to pay dynorod first?
Pain in the hole at this stage, always seems to happen when we have guests over.
