Homebond insurance

hello all- following on from thread about a leaky roof - does anyone know how to make a claim on ones home insurance - ?

are Premier as reliable as Homebond?

Who do you mean by Premier? Also - Homebond is not the same as home insurance. It is a specuial scheme to cover serious structural flaws in a covered property that arise in the first 10 years and which the builder does not rectify. You need home insurance in addition to such cover.

Your home insurance policy document should explain how to go about making a claim. Making a Homebond claim is a separate matter.

Thanks Clubman - Homebond is what I am talking about.
except I believe our Homebond insurers name is 'Premier'.
afaik Homebond accounts for most of this insurance in Ireland and a similar company (Premier?) also provide this insurance...which I have!
anyone know what i'm on about! thanks!
