Home phone with Speaker

I work from home quite a lot and spend 1-2 hours per day on conference calls. To avoid having to hold a phone to my ear during the calls (and I dont like wearing headsets!) I have been looking for a home phone with a high quality speaker ie one where the sound quality is good and where there is a mute button. Most good Office phones have these features but I cannot seem to find a home phone with them.

Does anyone know if they exist? I know there are home phones with cheap and nasty speakers but they are not what I am looking for as the sound quality is poor.

I got one recently in Tesco for approx €30, sound quality seems good, I can't remember the brand name though....
