Home Insurance-does it cover bouncing castle?

If you hire a "bouncy Castle" and someone gets injured on it. Who is liable the supplier or the home owner.

Depends on where the negligence, if any, lies- i.e if it is in the design of the bouncy castle, then clearly the suppliers or indeed the manufacturers are liable, however if you erect and place the bouncy castle in an area which is unfit for what ever reason, then you may be liable.However it is important to remember that sometimes accidents happen, nobody is negligent, and so nobody is liable.
