We are planning to build an extension on to the side of our house. We have builders plans from an engineer and were wondering whats the best way to source some builders to get quotes.

Would really appreciate any advice,

Hi ChuckO,

You could check out tradesmen.ie to get some quotes. Also your engineer should know a few builders in your area - any neighbours/friends could also be a good source of builders both in good builders and ones to stay away from.

We found our builder through the architect and engineer - he was top on both their lists.
