Home Carer's Tax Credit - Birth date of Child

Quick question on the Home Carer's Tax Credit please - one of the categories of a dependent person is "a child for whom Social Welfare Child Benefit is payable - this includes all children under 16 and children in full-time education under 18"

My question please re. 2011 tax return - if a child (in fulltime education)turns 18 in June, 2011 may the full Home Carer's Tax Credit be claimed for 2011?
