I think the first thing someone in Donegal should look at is whether or not the hollowcore or PS slabs can be delivered to site.
Depending on the quality of the access road to your site, it may not be possible to deliver.
The second thing is to assess whether or not a crane can be erected on site to lift the hollow cores into position.
Failing that you're back to something like a pulley system - time consuming and dangerous.
If delivery is difficult you should take advice from an engineer in relation to the floor options available.
You should also consider the health and safety issues associated with building with heavy elements in a relatively remote location.
An accident far from the emergency services could be fatal, whereas closer to them might be survivable.
The buildability factor will make a significant difference to your overall costs.
Have you sized your floor plates to accept whole numbers of slab widths or do you need in-situ infill panels?
Food for thought and you might try the yellow pages - of Google.
