My wife did some chef work recently through a temping agency. She has just gotten a p45 from them and asked if she was entitled to some holiday pay.
They told her that she wasn't entitled to any because she hadn't worked long enough with them. She did only work 5-6 days through them. The company also said they don't pay holiday pay unless people ask for it.
Should she be entitled to holiday pay or is there a minimum employment period?
