Hi I am just trying to work out what holiday pay I should get. I have worked 32 weeks since Christmas as a part time relief worker with various hours every week with no week without hours. I did from 12 hours to 24 on different weeks with 587.5 hours accumulated. Can you tell me how i work out how much I should get for each week for the next two weeks we are off. Thanks in advance
Holiday pay: Pay in respect of annual leave is paid in advance at the normal weekly rate. If your pay varies because, for example, of commission or bonus payments, your pay for your holidays is the average of your pay over the 13 weeks before you take holidays.
