holiday entitlments after maternity/unpaid leave

I am returning to work next month after maternity and 5months umpaid leave, what are my holiday entitlements once i return and also what about my tax credits?

You will need to fill up a form to claim PRSI credit for the 5 months unpaid leave stamped by your workplace.
Holiday entitlements is the same as if you were working, you are accruing holidays during your maternity leave
