Hi Guys
Im going on holidays for 6 - 8 months. I am not renting out my apartment while Im away as I have money set aside to cover the mortgage for the duration.
Do I still need to inform Revenue to cease my TRS, and is there anything else I need to do with regards to leaving a vacant property?
