High Court refuses to overturn repossession - no payments since 2007

Sure didn't they bail out the banks so why should they pay their mortgage if they can get away with it?

In most cases I have seen, the lender is not given their costs. Not sure what happened in the Circuit Court or High Court in this case.

The sad thing about this was that it was entirely avoidable. The lady seems to have had a perfect decent business for many years and probably wasn't paying the much. She seems an ok sort from the interview posted. What I find incredible about this case is that they could persistently believe for 14 years that the lender was in the wrong. This should have been heard far sooner than 14 years after they stopped paying.
