Health Insurance HIA website: are all plans compared?

Hi,

My wife is paying Laya for this plan, Essential Plus Starter. I need to get insurance for the first time before 1 May so I'm using this comparison feature on the HIA website to find out how this plan fares. However, Essential Plus Starter is not showing. Am I doing something incorrect, is this a glitch, or does it not show every policy in the market?

Only shows current plans. This plan has been retired and is no longer available for purchase:

http://www.hia.ie/news/laya-healthcare-will-discontinue-19-plans-31-december-2014

Your wife will be moved to another plan on her next renewal.

Thanks. Will have to just compare plans for my own insurance for the moment then.

Another question: is it possible to search the HIA website by hospital? For instance, I'm near Vincent's Private and Blackrock and I'd only like to look at plans which have those hospitals covered? (most of the ones I've encountered so far only have the Hermitage in Dublin)
