Help with ESB bill if working?

Hi, Can anyone tell me if i can get help with an ESB bill that has got out of control? If i approached the social welfare would they help me? I have genuine reasons for this happening but cant seem to get out of it. over drawn in the bank and they wont give me an overdraft. Thanks.

I suggest that you fill in the templet for the money makeover section as it seems you might need a look at everything.
How much do you owe on the bill? Have you tried to talk to teh ESB to come to an arrangement?
