help to pay my rent

hi i wanted to ask a quistion i was getting help to pay my rent then i called in last mon to tell them i was moveing to another house they said i would still get the bit a money on thursday to pay the rent but i did not get it i tried to call friday but no answer so i tried today still no answer does any one no anything
 
From reading similar posts it seems if you are in receipt of rent allowance and move house you have to reapply from scratch.
 
As niceoneted said, if you have moved house, you have to make a new application for Rent Supplement. You will have to contact the CWO for the area you now live in.
 
thanks guys i allready did that and they said they will send me out my payment but i never got it so will i be back dated im just asking thanks
 
If your claim has been awarded, your payment may have been delayed because of the bank holiday. If it hasn't been awarded yet anything you're owed will be paid back to you when the claim is sorted out.
 

Can you please use full stops and commas etc. It is very difficult trying to read and understand your posts.
