I urgently need to figure out how much a potential mortgage payment will be when I factor in mortgage interest relief. The problem is I cant make head nor tail of the information on Revenue.ie
If someone could possibly calculate this for me I'd be eternally grateful!!
I'm seperated and am buying out my ex partners share in our home. We were first time buyers when we bought it and I'm remortgaging to buy her share. Not sure if that leaves me as a first time buyer still or not. Does it?
The Mortgage I'm getting is for 370k and the interest rate is 5.1% over 30 years.
