I Am Building A New Home, I Recently Learned About The 1 Percent Apr Home Mortgages.
What Is The Downside Of These.
Is This One That "if It's Too Good It Must Not Be Good?

Can Anyone Advise, I Plan To Close In About 45 Days?

Can you explain what you mean by 1% APR mortgages? Who are these available from? Are you based in Ireland or somewhere else?

I think in Japan the (bank) rate is somewhere at 0.5 % .
