Help for Form 11 "Calculate" page

Could someone please explain the meaning of "payable". On the final page of ROS when i hit the calculate page it states -
Total Liability
Payable €XXXX
Is this money owed by me to Revenue or do they owe me this amount??
Also, we are both Public Sector employees and have a rental property hence having to complete Form 11.

"payable" means the amount you now owe revenue.
if the number is negative, then there is a refund of that amount due to you
