Hearing Aid batteries-recommendation.

I am looking for a first hand recommendation as to where I can purchase hearing aid batteries. Either in Ireland or via the internet. My elderly father says that they have gone from €2.50 per pack of six to €4.50 in recent weeks.

The price depends on the type of battery but I assume you are asking about the small round ones that can be used in calculators as well. They have been €6.00 approx. (or slightly under) for a long time in Boots the Chemists. Occasionally they do special offers of 3for the price of two.

If they are the same type as those used for calculators I have seen same on sale in Pound City for a mere €2.
 
Battery type.

The brand presently being used is called Ultima and comes in a six pack. They are 1.4v 290amh and I think they are called 13.
