Health Insurance health Insurance renewal for elderly person.

My mums health insurance is due for renewal on 1st May 2015. Her current plan is Simply Health Choice with Laya which will cost 1240 euro to renew. She is 83 years old with reasonable health. Any ideas appreciated for similar or better cover. I would not like her to downgrade.Thanks
