Can anyone rate Haven Green 4 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage 2.15%
they are offering 2,000 for switchers on the 4year fixed rate.

They dont seem to have LTV fixed rate loans or i just cant find them.
The LTV rates are for variable loan.
They quote ""Existing Owner Occupier mortgage customers may be eligible to move to a ‘New Business’ Loan to Value (LTV) interest rate where the LTV changes sufficiently throughout the mortgage.""

Haven is owned by AIB. There is almost no reason to choose the Haven green rate instead of the AIB green rate – they both offer identical rates in most cases and €2,000 cashback, and with AIB you get to fix for 5 years.

The only case where Haven is better is for an LTV above 80% – the rate is 2.15% with Haven but 2.25% with AIB.
