Have no water - please help

Hello,

Have no running water except for cold water in the kitchen. Have tried to open hot water tap in upstairs bathroom and open hot water tap in kitchen while blocking tap then turning on cold water. However, as soon as I let go of the kitchen tap the water that was triclking from the bathroom tap soon stops.

Is it possible that part of the problem that we have a grfundos pump in the attic?

suggestions would be gratefully welcomed.
 
You're airlocked. Get a length of hose and connect the cold water tap to the hot water tap. Turn on the cold tap nd let it run for 10 secs. then try the hot tap again.
 
Had similar problem with a grundfoss pump. Turns out there was a reset button on the front of our pump. Try that
