Has anyone been successfully approved for a payment plan with Halifax?

I've started to default on my Halfax CC. They are going to send me out an income and expenditure form to fill out in a hope of lowering my monthly repayments. I've been down this road before with them and didn't hear back.

I'm just wondering has anyone been approved for a lower repayment schedule?
