handleset for rebated double exterior door

Hi all,

I am looking for a handleset for a rebated double exterior door, i can find plenty of handlesets on the internet, but wil they fit a rebated double door? do i just have to get the lock to suit this door or do i have to get the whole set?
Has anyone else got them and where is best place / price?
