Considering investing a PRB with Aviva Friends First in Greenman Open Fund. This fund is invested in German Commercial property predominantly retail. Fund targets 5.5%pa and annualized target of 8% over a 5yr period. Appreciate any thoughts on this as I wasn't aware of them previously.
