Grandchildren Money

Morning
So my children have been given a substantial sum by their grandparents 30K each
We are trying to think what we can do with the money for the kids.
They are not allowed to have it until they are buying a house themselves
So we wonder how to invest it now for them, there are many schemes but many seem to need it to be over 18 only.
Any suggestions welcome and thanks
