That's an interesting point actually, I hadn't thought about the two factor authentication....
While you can conduct trades, I don't think you can transfer either funds or equities out of your account though, if I'm right. As such, perhaps there's limited risk.
The fact that they've been sold now, and AIB have fairly deep pockets, I'd imagine that we'll see investment on their tech, increased level of services etc.
